These lovely aromatic candles are again made from our recycled wax, saved from landfill by local pubs. We collect it, clean it and remould it around a wood wick for its next journey in life.
The wood wick burns with a gentle flicker and crackling sound. The scent is an oil which has been added during the pouring process and gives a lovely floral smell, from the rose oil included in the wax.
Each candle comes in a reusable kilner type jar and is tied with a gift tag with more dried roses, picked by us from our Sussex Rose Bushes.
Our label has care instructions explaining how to burn candles safely, how you can return the jar to us for recycling and also the story of our ‘the pub candle company’ and how we reuse wax that would otherwise end up in local landfill.
